Emotional Intelligence for Corporate Teams
The one skill AI can't automate.
Trained in 8 weeks.
Keeping your top talent is easier than you think. The signs that someone is about to leave show up long before the exit interview: meetings that escalate, decisions that get worse under pressure. Both run on emotional intelligence, and emotional intelligence is trainable.

"One of the best experiences I have ever had."
The emotional intelligence consultancy for corporate teams.
Your teams are capable. You have invested in their technical development. What limits them is rarely technical: feedback that lands as an attack, conflict that goes silent instead of getting solved, ideas that stay unspoken because the room does not feel safe. These are emotional skills, and they can be trained.
Every programme addresses the root: the emotional and attentional skills that decide how people perform, communicate, and lead when the pressure is on. Working with organisations across DACH, the US, and APAC since 2019.
Every programme is built in-house, grounded in science, and designed around tools people keep using after the training ends. Outcomes are measured before and after, so you see what changed.
The PIN Method™
Every programme runs on the PIN Method: Perceive what is happening inside, Investigate the patterns behind it, Navigate toward action that fits your values. This is how emotional intelligence becomes trainable.

Every format an application of it.

Case 01 Siemens Healthineers8-Week Mindful Empowerment
A team of 13 joined an 8-week live online programme. Goal: build a sustainable personal mindfulness practice and reconnect with focus and clarity at work. Results measured at programme end.
"A more present mindset definitely leads to more convincing and efficient actions. The sessions helped me sustainably integrate mindfulness into my daily life."Head of Control & Image Chain, R&D · Siemens Healthineers
Case 02 Siemens HealthineersEmotional Intelligence in Action
Zen & Go's EIA programme has run at Siemens Healthineers since 2023 as a recurring cohort on the company's global learning platform. Multiple cohorts have completed the full 8-week journey. NPS across cohorts: 57 to 100.
"I got to know myself better and was able to practice tools that continue to help me deal with difficult situations at work. I notice that my skills and performance improve as a result."Marie Barbarin · Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, Siemens Healthineers
Case 03 jambitMindfulness & Resilience
jambit first brought Zen & Go in for a two-day workshop in 2021 and re-booked every year since. Courses ran both for employees and for leaders. One participant liked it so much he came back a second time. In both 2025 cohorts, 100% of participants gave the highest score on every trainer dimension.
"Participants were enthusiastic about the mix of theoretical background and practical tools. Sophie was always open to our input, and coordination was quick and uncomplicated."Kathrin Kleineberg · HR Specialist L&D, jambit
Every session goes beyond slides: breakout rooms, guided exercises, group reflection, and team practices. Participants do the work together, not just watch it.
"Sophie and Dela convey the world of emotions, and above all their power, in a way that is authentic, structured, and inspiring. The combination of solid theory and exercises that fit into everyday work makes everything directly applicable. I now have tools to understand my emotions, place them, and put them to work for me. Your own emotional world changes noticeably, and with it the way you deal with other people. A course that enriches, has a lasting effect, and that I recommend without reservation."
From the people in the room.
"This really gave the opportunity to learn and explore and find the methods that fit your needs or you enjoy most. I liked Sophie's openness and honesty: you don't pretend to be an almighty guru and you share from your own experience."
"Our five-week mindfulness programme provided our employees with important tools, combined with theoretical content and practical exercises. It was an excellent mix of content with a trainer who consistently adapted to the needs of the team."
"Sophie's approach to teaching mindfulness is down-to-earth and pragmatic, so that it's easily relatable for all of us. We've introduced Mindful Breaks at Batten & Company as a direct result."
"When I went through some rough times last year, one of the few things which were clear for me is that I needed to call Sophie and get her support. Sophie did know, she took care and immediately started to help me. Her warm support has had an impact on my recovery. I was thinking of an image to describe what Sophie means for me and cannot decide if she is an anchor or a lighthouse, so I would say she is probably both."
"Thank you for the wonderful Emotional Intelligence programme and the journey it took us on over eight weeks. Even when the sessions were demanding and intense, you always created a warmly safe space. I am taking away many impulses for both my professional and personal life. Because whatever we do: our emotions are always there, both a curse and a gift."
"Emotional intelligence is a topic on which I also took other courses, but in this case the experience has been very tangible, personal, pragmatic and enlightening. Today, I pay more conscious attention to my feelings, to my own energy and its effects on my mental and physical well-being. This allows me to gain control over difficult situations instead of succumbing to them."
It started with fifteen chairs in a meeting room.
Sophie Bachmann was a Global Marketing Manager at Siemens Healthineers when she invited a few colleagues to meditate together. Fifteen people came. Eighteen months later the initiative had grown to 900, and the CEO was paying attention.
That experience shaped everything Zen & Go does: change happens when people notice what is going on inside them, can manage themselves, and have concrete tools for the challenges of a normal workday. Today Sophie brings the same approach to corporate teams, with an MSc in Psychological Medicine and more than 800 hours of training behind the practice.
