SSL Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Transmitted data is thereby protected and cannot be read by third parties. You can identify successful encryption by the protocol indicator in your browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and the appearance of a closed padlock symbol.

YouTube

This website uses YouTube features. When you visit a page containing a video, a connection to YouTube's servers is only established after you click on the video. The YouTube server is then informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behaviour directly with your personal YouTube profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Data collected by YouTube is transferred to the USA, which under the GDPR is considered a third country with an uncertain level of data protection. We have no knowledge of the further processing or storage duration of this data. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

Google Ads Remarketing / Google Tag Manager

We use Google Remarketing tags, a service of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google uses cookies stored on your computer that enable analysis of your use of the website. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA. Google will then truncate the last three digits of the IP address, making unique attribution no longer possible. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators, and to provide other services related to website and internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required by law or where third parties process data on Google's behalf. Google Ads Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google Ads Conversion Tracking. If you reach our website via a Google ad, Google Ads places a cookie on your computer. If you visit certain pages of our website while the cookie is still valid, both Google and we can recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. AI-Specific Data Handling

We use Claude (by Anthropic) as a core operational tool for content creation, business operations, and client communication support. The following details apply to how your data may interact with this tool:

  • We use the Anthropic API, not the consumer chat product. The API operates under Anthropic's Commercial Terms; how Anthropic handles API data is documented in its privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum at anthropic.com.
  • Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, Anthropic may not train models on customer content submitted via the API.
  • In the course of enquiries or consultations, information you share (such as your name, company, and goals) may be processed with the assistance of AI tools to support our response. This is a feature of how we operate.
  • Contact data (email address, name) from enquiries or discovery call bookings may be accessed by AI tools during internal business operations such as CRM updates or follow-up preparation.
  • No AI-generated content is sent to you without human review by Sophie Bachmann or a member of the Zen & Go team.
