When you contact us by email, the information you provide is stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

You may subscribe to our newsletter via this website. To do so, we require your email address, your name, and your confirmation that you agree to receive the newsletter.

Once you have subscribed, we will send you a confirmation email to verify your subscription.

You may cancel your newsletter subscription at any time by emailing contact@zen-and-go.de. We will then promptly delete your data in connection with the newsletter. Cancellation does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of your consent before the cancellation.

The Space Between (self-check)

When you complete the self-check The Space Between, we process your first name, your email address, whether you lead people, your nine ratings, and the situation you describe in your own words. We use this data to write your personal reflection and to send it to you by email. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time by emailing contact@zen-and-go.de.

The reflection, and the five follow-up emails if you ask for them, are written automatically with the help of AI (Claude by Anthropic, via the API) and are sent to you without prior human review. It is a self-reflection and has no legal or similarly significant effect on you. Your data is stored with Supabase and the email is sent via Resend; both act as processors on our behalf. Sophie Bachmann and the Zen & Go team can read what you submit. Your employer receives nothing.

Your ratings, your written answer, and your reflection are deleted 365 days after you submit them. Your email address and the date of your consent are kept beyond that as a record of the consent. You receive further emails about your result only if you tick the separate box and confirm the link in the email.

Course waitlist

When you join the waitlist for the self-paced course Emotional Intelligence in Action, we process your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. We use this data to send you one confirmation email and to tell you when the course opens. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can leave the list at any time with the unsubscribe link in each email or by emailing contact@zen-and-go.de.

Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device by your browser. They do not cause any harm. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser to notify you about cookies and only allow them on a case-by-case basis. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Your Rights

Regarding your data stored with us, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. SSL Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Transmitted data is thereby protected and cannot be read by third parties. You can identify successful encryption by the protocol indicator in your browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and the appearance of a closed padlock symbol.

YouTube

This website uses YouTube features. When you visit a page containing a video, a connection to YouTube's servers is only established after you click on the video. The YouTube server is then informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behaviour directly with your personal YouTube profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Data collected by YouTube is transferred to the USA, which under the GDPR is considered a third country with an uncertain level of data protection. We have no knowledge of the further processing or storage duration of this data. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

Google Ads Remarketing / Google Tag Manager

We use Google Remarketing tags, a service of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google uses cookies stored on your computer that enable analysis of your use of the website. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA. Google will then truncate the last three digits of the IP address, making unique attribution no longer possible. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators, and to provide other services related to website and internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required by law or where third parties process data on Google's behalf. Third-party providers, including Google, use stored cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may opt out of data collection and storage at any time with future effect by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page.

Google Ads Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google Ads Conversion Tracking. If you reach our website via a Google ad, Google Ads places a cookie on your computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website while the cookie is still valid, both Google and we can recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie, so cookies cannot be tracked across different customers' websites. The information obtained via the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted into conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a tagged page, but receive no information that could personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can decline the setting of cookies in your browser settings. You can also disable conversion tracking cookies by configuring your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com".

Objection to Unsolicited Advertising by Email

In connection with our legal obligation to publish contact information under Section 5 TMG, we expressly object to the use of this contact information for sending unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited commercial communications.

AI-Specific Data Handling

We use Claude (by Anthropic) as a core operational tool for content creation, business operations, and client communication support. The following details apply to how your data may interact with this tool:

We use the Anthropic API, not the consumer chat product. The API operates under Anthropic's Commercial Terms; how Anthropic handles API data is documented in its privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum at anthropic.com.
Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, Anthropic may not train models on customer content submitted via the API.
In the course of enquiries or consultations, information you share (such as your name, company, and goals) may be processed with the assistance of AI tools to support our response. This is a feature of how we operate.
Contact data (email address, name) from enquiries or discovery call bookings may be accessed by AI tools during internal business operations such as CRM updates or follow-up preparation.
AI-generated content is sent to you only after human review by Sophie Bachmann or a member of the Zen & Go team. The one exception is the written reflection of the self-check The Space Between and its follow-up emails, which you request yourself and which is described in its own section above.
